  • location of the problem, or a POLE# for streetlights, or a PARKING METER ID number
  • Google map link to the actual problem location to aid field crews
  • Repair crew notes and comments, or revised problem "type" based on initial inspection
  • Material quantities, types and dates used
  • Inspector results
  • Real time work status
